Washed-up actress Tara Reid only checked herself into rehab in December last year, and we were under the impression that since then she’d turned over a new leaf.

Judging by her behaviour last night though, we were very wrong! The star had been partying at VIP Room Club in Cannes where, by end of the evening we spotted her being hauled by two of her pals, bleary eyed, down some stairs into the back of her car. Oh dear…
