Earlier this week reports suggested that Leona and her long-term boyfriend Lou Al-Chamaa had broken up, since then the singer’s representatives have vehemently denied those claims. However sources close to the star have revealed that although the pair haven’t split, Leona’s move to the US has definitely put a strain on the couple’s romance. The source revealed:

"Leona knows Lou was reaching breaking point. If she wanted to stay with him she was going to have to move back.

"He was sick of all the visits over and was starting to get jealous about her friendships. She loves him very much and decided it was finally time to stop putting her career first. She'll still make lots of trips over because she's massively popular there. But she'll stay permanently based in London."

Good news for her UK fans, maybe not that pleasing for her followers in the States…
