We caught up with the former spouse of Paul McCartney as she enjoyed a very busy opening day at the eatery in Brighton. Customers were literally queuing out of the door to sample some of Heather’s vegetarian treats.
Then, during a slight lull in business, Heather took the opportunity to pop outside and talk to the local ice cream van man about soya ice cream.
