It was an evening full of red-carpet style disasters and delights at the premiere of The Ugly Truth in London’s Leicester Square last night.

While the film’s stars, Katherine Heigl and Gerard Butler looked preened, glowing and gorgeous, the same can’t be said for many of the other celebs at the movie’s screening.

Former BB star Nikki Grahame looked dangerously skinny (even by her standards), Patsy Palmer’s choice of outfit left us feeling a little exasperated (those jeans, that top!), and as for Bianca Gascoigne… well, the less said the better really!

But it wasn’t all bad; Kelly Brook looked glowing from her recent holiday in France, and dazzled the crowds with her short strapless dress – and T4 presenter Jameela Jamil didn’t look too shabby either.

Oh and we suppose we should also give a quick mention to Big Brother's Karly Ashworth, and her delightful boyfriend Kenneth who made their red carpet debut at the premiere last night…
