Tom Cruise is still making the most of his trip down under and on Saturday afternoon he took his wife Katie and their daughter Suri to Melbourne’s Royal Botanical Gardens and the happy family spent the day relaxing in the plush green surroundings.

Meanwhile, in some less pleasant news, the day before we spotted the Cruise clan at the Botanical Gardens Katie caused a stir when she paid a visit to San Churro chocolate shop on Lygon St.

Apparently some fellow shoppers didn’t take too kindly to the small group of paparazzi that had gathered outside the store to take Katie’s picture and eyewitnesses claim:

“These guys began pushing and threatening the photographers and it started to get pretty scary.”

But luckily Katie’s bodyguard was on hand to diffuse the nasty situation:

“All of a sudden her bodyguard, who looked like a big version of Tom Selleck, came out of the shop and broke up the fight. He definitely saved the paparazzi from being bashed.”

Now, now play nicely.

They look happy and if Suri's asleep so what? She's still very young. It was in the afternoon. She was probably taking her nap.

If they look miserable it is no wonder! They never get a moment to themselves. You imagine being followed everywhere! This only caught my eye as we were there on the same day and didn't notice them. If we had we wouldn't have gone up to them at all. They're out on a family outing for crying out loud!
