Every sordid detail was sold to the papers and Jade made no secret of the fact she was doing this to make as much money as possible to support her two young sons.
Well now her mother Jackiey Budden, along with seven other members of Jade’s family, have decided to launch £100,000 legal proceedings against Mirror Group Newspapers and NewsPics after they published pictures of the tragic reality TV stars burial.
They claim the pictures, which we published in the People on 5th April, are a “breach of confidence and an invasion of privacy.”
Mirror Group Newspapers and NewsPics have both declined to comment.
