Doctors have delivered a stark warning to Amy Winehouse: “quit drugs or die”. Now, we’re not rocket scientists, frankly we’re not even trained medical professionals. But we are human beings with eyes, a brain and a little thing called common sense – did she really need to pay to go to a private clinic for someone to tell her that, we could’ve told her for free. In fact she could’ve just asked any random person on the street and they would’ve told her the same thing …

Apparently, after collapsing at her Camden home on Monday and being taken to a Harley Street clinic by her father, doctors delved out the sharp advice as a drastic wake-up call to the troubled singer. A source close to the star has revealed:

“She might have escaped this time, but eventually she won't get up again. The only thing to stop that happening is if she quits drugs."

Obviously we can’t be sure whether Amy’s recent fainting episode was due to drug related problems. But yesterday we were digging around in our archives and we came across this footage of Winehouse a few years ago. I love Amy to death and I hope this a her wakeup call. She was so healthy looking back then, compared to what she looks like now. She needs so sort herself out. I hope Blake gets out soon, so they can sort themselves out together. I wish her all the best.

Mitch is too much of a B*** to admit that Amy has him by the balls. Addicts are manipulative and she has done the very same manipulation to daddy dearest. She can tell us until we're blue in the face that she's "grown" and can do what she wants, but she is SICK and does not have that leisure when she's putting her life on the line. If you look close enough, you can tell where all her problems started, and they always start with the parents/families of the addict.

Everytime I see early video of Amy I am reminded of what a waste she has become. It really is a shame to have a talent like hers and throw it all away for drugs.

HAVE ONLY BOUGHT GLASTONBURY TICKETS TO SEE AMY AND NOW SHE WONT BE THERE :-( WHY COULDNT SHE OF JUST STAYED IN REHAB IN JANUARY AND SHE WOULD OF BEEN WELL SORTED NOW

no 6 leave her parents alone Not every single act cuases in the childhood. Everybody tells them whats right or wrong. They all do the best for Amy. Is just Amys decision what she is going to do in her life. Poor parents!!! I hope her husband will stay in prison for long time. Perhaps she has a chance to find her own way. As a matter of fact she has to find herself and she should learn to respect and love herself. All the best Amy

I L:O:V:E HER! I want to see her get better ASAP. I know that drugs are a hard thing to get through and better yourself from, but as long as she has the support from her friends,family,and fans- hopefully things will change for her. Here, here, #10! Amy has to take responsibility for herself, career and life! Yes, addicts can be manipulative, dishonest and even selfish. All to their detriment, addicts only disappoint, alienate and anger loved ones. A relative of mine drank himself to death, in spite of orders from the doctors that told him drinking will kill him. Addiction is a powerful thing, IMHO, rehab is just a bandage for other issues, also. Bottom line, Amy has to make a choice, her life or the drugs.

Everyone is always taking about it, like the drugs is only ruining her life because it takes away her talent. What about her life? Isn't that more important than her talent?
