It's not exactly shocking news but its pretty big non the less. In documents leaked to gossip site TMZ the judge has issued an order stating that Kevin Federline 'is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00PM until further order of court'.
Mr Paparazzi says:
'I feel very sorry for her, it's a sad day and the sad story will continue! Will there be a suicide watch now? This is Brits parents fault. They have a lot to answer for, they disgust me!!'
