Lily Allen is SO HAPPY!
A little bit too happy we think, classic case of the break up blues in our opinion! Hey, maybe we’re wrong, actually scrap that, we are never wrong!! This girl is definitely drowning her sorrows. Our spies caught up with Lily last night enjoying a sneaky fag outside the exclusive Groucho Club in London and Lily being typical Lily almost managed an entire conversation without slagging off another celeb. Unless, you include her offering the paps £1000 not to take Kate Moss’s picture when she comes out because ‘who cares about her anymore?’
