But as if her relationship woes weren’t enough to contend with we’ve just heard reports that she could face jail time after she allegedly violated the terms of her probation - Eeeeks!!!
Back in 2007, when Lindsay plead no contest to cocaine possession and DUI (ah, the good old days!), she was sentenced to 24 hours behind bars, 10 days of community service and ordered to complete an alcohol education programme, which is where she came a cropper.
After failing to complete the programme TMZ reports:
“Lohan could have her probation revoked and she'll be thrown behind bars if the allegations prove to be true.”
She’s expected to appear before a judge in LA later today!
