No.1 Thankgod someone else has finally picked up on the nose job..ive been saying it for afew weeks (it looked swollen before)...and i think thats why she wore that big head piece recently and other masks...TBH it also looks like she's had cheek implants or fillers...she looks a bit odd

Although her bridge is still big, maybe just tip work ?

i reckon she look really nice actually...and im not even a huge lady gaga fan, she got some good beats and i admire her efforts to try and stay original but the woman cant sing. i went to a PCD concert with a friend and she opened for them....shes got a good act but her live singing skills....well they suck shit! on that note i went to the first britney spears concert she had in perth 2 nights ago....people where walking out.. but again, i think britneys concert is more for entertainment....which she definantly brought..we paid $210 for each ticket and even tho she didnt sing live i think we got out moneys worth...she had a cool set and not to mention shes one of the most photographed women in the world....plus we filmed the whole thing:P lol

Gaga hasn't had cosmetic surgery since she was 19. The reason why she looks different is because of the amount of workout she has been doing for her up-coming tour. She has lost a lot of weight and it shows in her face.

U wouldn’t believe she is 23 yrs old! For once she is showing off her face! She is always coverd it up in heavy make up & sunglasses or crazy outfits. She is a pretty young woman. She looks a lot older than her age. She’s only 23! She looks like she is about 37! I think she should show her face more often. It makes her look less like a drag act. We all know that she wants to set herself apart in her image from every other female celeb. But how long is she going to carry on with the out-there image. Eventually she is gonna have to change it up. I finding it boring now. I would b nice to see a softer side to her.

Yes 1st...she had a nose job...so she hide her self too many times...now she is back...as long as...God she looks much more better...but I don't like her either...

I dont understand why its taking so long to release the video!? The song has been out for weeks. Surely she is trying to promote her song, so why hold the video back for so long? They obviously cant play it on the TV without a video.
