The session marked bandmember Amelle Berrabah’s first return to the public eye since spending two weeks in a German health clinic after being diagnosed with “nervous exhaustion”.

But according to a pal of the singer, since staying in the clinic Amelle feels like a: “completely different person”. Apparently the Sugababe told her friend:

"My confidence was so low before and I was afraid to face people. But now I feel assertive and I'm ready to go back to work."

"I feel bad about how the girls have been left to deal with things on their own and I was nervous about seeing them. But Jade and I got on like a house on fire. She's a great girl and I know we've got a future together now."

Well let’s hope so, we couldn’t face yet another re-shuffle of the Sugababes…
