The footballer appeared red-eyed as he made his way into Crematorium, with his wife Victoria in tow, to say goodbye to his grandfather Joe West, 83, who died last Wednesday following a serious illness.
David was said to be extremely close to Joe and often cited him as his inspiration for getting into football.

awwww bless him and his family x
aww thats so sad, poor david!! just looks like any normal family at a funeral.
RIP His Grandad x
yeha but why the hell is he wearing a jew cap.?
is he jewish?
Not impressed with these photos being broadcasted all over internet, supposed to be a funeral ! Also not impressed with the bigoted remark by the 4th anonymous post.
Agree with riabinsky What a ledge
He appeared 'red eyed'? He's burying his father. How do you expect him to look? And this is very disrespectful. His Father wasn't famous and deserves to be buried in peace!
My grandfather is also buried at Golder Green crem. Its a lovely peaceful place with beautiful grounds. A lovely final resting spot
He is wearing the skull cap in respect to his grandfather who was Jewish.
David is 1/4 Jewish - his heritage inspired his hebrew tattoos.
Ahhh bless him, ill kiss him better!!
Its just like any normal family at a funeral, except for the paparazzi obviously.
seriously - show some respect mr pap n take these pics down - its not right
the jew/skull cup is actually called "YAMAKA"! learn about other stuff you ignorant!
hello Amy, i'm a pap and i was there taking pictures, you might find this disrespectful but when you're as famous as David Beckham you accept that every aspect of your life is open to the media sad as it may be - the Beckhams security asked us to stay on one side of the street, not use our flashes and not follow the cars when they left, so we all did precisely that. Nothing disrespectful here - it's called media, news, life etc its how things work.
Bless him. :)
Actually, I think you'll find that the media was originally set up to relay information of public interest to the country. Pictures of a celebrity at a family members funeral should not be acceptably published under the guise of public interest.
n 15 I thought it was called KIPPA?!
Davids sorrow is plain to see! Remove these photos out of respect please for him and his family. Famous people deserve some respect at such a sad time and showing theses photos is terrible!!!!
he look's so sad...poor david, this reminds me of my grandma's funeral :((:((:((
