In case you’ve failed to notice Lily Allen has been a sick lady recently. At the beginning of the month she pulled out of a scheduled performance at the Jingle Bell Ball, then she cancelled an appearance on Alan Carr’s Chatty Man and at the beginning of this week she failed to make it to the filming of the Top Of The Pops Christmas Special.

When cancelling Lily cited a chest infection as the cause of her wows but she’s still tried her best to battle on regardless.

Nevertheless fans are still worried that her recent bout of ill health will cause her to cancel tomorrows gig at a charity concert in Exeter Castle and we don’t blame them.

When we caught up with the Smile singer leaving China White nightclub with her dad and boyfriend last night she looked terrible.

UPDATE: Well, well, well, whaddya know, looks like Lily isn't going to make it to tomorrow's Exeter gig after all. The official statement reads:

"Lily Allen is sad to announce that she will not be able to participate in Mencap's Big Noise Session this weekend. She deeply regrets having to cancel her appearance and hopes that fans will enjoy the rest of the amazing bill on the show and lend their support to the incredible work done by learning disability charity Mencap."

Oh well, it's not like we didn't see that one coming.

Well to be fair she has been very ill lately and probably hasnt given herself a chance to recover? I seen her in Dublin and she was brilliant. We are all human. We all get ill from time to time leave the poor girl alone!
