On Monday Cheryl Cole released 3 Words, the second single from her debut solo album and despite music insiders predicting it would shoot straight to the top of the charts current download figures suggest otherwise.
Apparently sales for Joe McElderry’s single The Climb are still going strong and it’s looking likely he’ll knock Rage Against The Machine off the number one spot this weekend.
But wait, there’s more bad news for Cheryl as the 80’s track Don’t Stop Believin’ has also been outselling her collaboration with Will.i.am after Joe helped boost it’s popularity when he sang it in the X Factor final.
Aw, we almost feel sorry for her… wait, wait, we only said almost.
