All the Gossip Girl stars were wrapped up warm as they started filming the second half of the third series in New York City yesterday.

Blake Lively looked surprisingly good considering she was wearing a pair of black PVC boots with matching PVC trousers. It sounds like a receipe for disaster but somehow she managed to pull it off.

In fact all the stars including Penn Badgley, Taylor Momsen, Chace Crawford and even Connor Paolo looked pretty stylish when we spotted them strolling around the set in between takes.
