The incident happened in Hollywood - where we coincidentally bumped into Lindsay over the weekend (dressed like she was on a secret mission) – while the Mean Girls star was being collected by her driver.
Although the photographer who got knocked over while LiLo was being picked up didn’t actually have to go to hospital, he’s now so angry about the incident that he we wants to sue Lindsay.
Oh, and he would also quite like it if the actress got sent to jail over the accident as well, which seems pretty extreme to us as she wasn’t actually driving at the time, but still. Anyway last night the agitated pap said:
"I'm lucky to be alive! I'm going to sue them, but I don't care about the money. I want to press charges so badly - she's going to jail!"
