The 23-year-old chose to have some surgical maintenance earlier this month before posing for the front cover of US magazine People. And here she is displaying the results of her makeover; doesn’t she look just like a transsexual whole new person?
Want to know what Heidi had done? Well apparently she had a nose job revision, chin reduction, mini brow lift, botox in her forehead, fat injections in her cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips, neck liposuction, ears pinned back, liposuction on waist, hips and inner and outer thighs, bum augmentation and breast augmentation revision.
Got that? Well as you can imagine Heidi looked pretty horrific following her operations (she looked bad enough before, the poor love), so in order to hide her bruised mug she ended up tying a scarf around her head.
Unfortunately when she got home a nosey neighbour caught sight of her and instantly called the police, believing Heidi had been kidnapped. Soon after the cops stormed her LA home, arrested a man that works for her and was about to take him away when Heidi explained she was actually just covering her ugly mug and nothing at all untoward was going on.
Anyway she laughed off the incident soon after and then told People magazine that she’s now planning yet more plastic surgery:
“I’m just starting. Let’s just say there’s a lot of maintenance. Nobody ages perfectly, so I plan to keep using surgery to make me as perfect as I can be. Because for me the surgery is always so rewarding.”
Oh, it’s a slippery slope Heidi – just ask Joan Rivers, Mickey Rourke and Jacqueline Wildenstein….

she was very pretty before why do celebs think they have to change things? they should put people on her show who actually have slight imperfections instead of perfect hair and make up then maybe they would apprichiate what they already have!

Heidi was soo naturally pretty in season one of the hills. Would of killed to look like her...then she got work done...looked totally different...and now! well words jsut fail me! that eyebrow lift! jesus! she didnt need anything doing...she looks 40 now! poor girl.

Heidi Montag actually had 11 procedures done - you forgot to mention labiaplasty, also known as designer vagina.
Heidi looked good after her first breast enlargement, rhinoplasty and lip enhancement - she should have stopped then - although I do understand why she got a chin reduction.

& she is just 23!? God, she really have too much money & too many smart things to do in her life to through away so much money for plastic surgery that in a few year will make her looks like a freak! Tgis is gross she looks like she she be star in a porno she was way prettier before now she just looks like every other barbie on the block. Oh and i feel bad she thinks she had to go through ten surgerys to get attention & headlines.
OMG she looks so different. I thought that she had changed alot between series 1 and when she moved in with spencer(hair extensions etc) she now looks so fake. she says its to keep her looking perfect- but there is nothing perfect about this. marrying spencer was a huge mistake- she should have legged it when she had the chance!! its all going to go downhill for her now!
it looks like she wants to look like a porn star...imagine how she looks like without all this make up on ...i would hate to be her husband waking up in the morning next to her aaarrrrgggghh! NOW THAT IS SCARY!
