I'm not against cosmetic surgery, but there's a difference between wanting to improve your looks and changing yourself into a completely different person. Heidi Montag obviously suffers from body dysmorphic disorder.

Her aim to looks younger has made her look 10 years older.

What a croc of sh*t. If you got an oscar for "contradicting oneself", she would be guarenteed one.

At the end of the day, it's about being comfy in your own skin and if plastic surgery is what makes Heidi feel good about herself, then so be it. It's a personal choice and shouldn't be judged.

I have no idea who Heidi Montag is or what she is famous for, but I cannot help feel a little sorry for this woman if she feels so bad about herself that she would do this to herself. If she was 50 something I might understand it but at 23? Sad

Why would this fame hungary wh*re want to look younger when she is only in her early twenties? Obviously people are tiring of "Speidi" as they have concluded that thye are infact non-enteties so this poor girl feels that pimping her face is the way to go to keep them in the lime-light- i would suggest a healthy dose of therapy rather than the surgeons knife in future love!

Her nose looks terrible, virging a Michael J im thinking! At 23 i dont think you should be having surgery, until the first wrinkle sets in then why bother! She is obviously not happy inside (who would be married to Spencer) and this is the only reason she is doing this!! She will regret it now everyone is saying bad things about the way she looks and god when she does hit 40, she will look terrible!

16th: Spencer actually wanted Heidi to see a shrink before she had any surgery done - he thought she was crazy.
