Mischa Barton Can’t Afford To Pay Her Rent

It’s been a tough couple of years for Mischa Barton hasn’t it? The actress has struggled to find work since quitting the OC, but things seemed to be looking up when she finally got a job on Ashton Kutcher’s TV project The Beautiful Life.

Sadly that series was short-lived and now Mischa - who’d signed a year long contract to live in a trendy apartment in Manhattan where the show was filmed – is allegedly struggling to pay her rent.

According to reports the actress’ landlord has filled a lawsuit against her, claiming she owes him three months rent for her £4,300-per-month flat. He’s also seeking legal fees from her.

Blimey, let’s hope she finds a job again soon...

To say the she has struggle to find work is ridiculous. She shot a number of films after leaving that show. You can go to imdb and find for yourself. What is true is that some of those went straight to DVD. It angers me that the media always focuses on the negative regarding her career.

i feel so sorry for mischa, she was picked up and chewed up by the media... if she isnt fat she is untalented and ugly and her fashion sense and weight are always picked on. I dont particulary like her but she is still a person.. its a shame.
