Sandra Rehn was born on July 15, 1935, in Rockford, Illinois and she was raised on her parents’ farm. Her parents Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Walter Rehn were both of Swedish descent.
She finished her high school education at Monroe Center High School and she enrolled in dramatics at Northwestern University.
