Rauw Alejandro or Raul Alejandro Ocasio Ruiz was born on January 10, 1993 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He was raised in Canóvanas and Carolina by his father Raúl Ocasio who is a guitarist and his mother Maria Nelly Ruiz who is a backing vocalist.
