Reggie was born Reginald “Reggie” C. Hayes on July 15, 1969, in Chicago, Illinois to his parents Frances and Reginald Hayes. He is the youngest among 4 children.
He studied at St. John’s Northwestern Military Academy wherein he was awarded as one of the most Notable Men of the Academy.
After he finished at the Academy, Reggie enrolled at Illinois State University where he got his bachelor’s degree in Theater.
