Adanech Abebe is a famous Ethiopian politician who is currently serving as the thirty-second mayor of Addis Ababa. From 18 August 202 to 28 September 2021, Abebe served as a Deputy Mayor. From October 2018 to March 2020, she served as the Minister of the Ministry of Revenue and Customs Authority of the ‘Government of Ethiopia’, but during that tenure, she was thinking of getting the position of Federal Attorney General of Ethiopia. Adanech is the first woman to hold the status of Mayorship since its creation in 1910.
