It’s been a tough couple of weeks for us wondering whether or not Lauren Goodger would be returning to The Only Way Is Essex.

When the show returned after a short hiatus this week we thought all would become clear but alas no mention of the reality star was made.

But today an official statement has been released from the show saying the following: "We have all worked together to resolve the issues and can confirm that Lauren will be returning to TOWIE."

Yay! Or maybe it’s a bit of nay for some of you.  To be fair the show hasn’t been lacking in drama since she left but you can’t beat a bit of Goodger, can you? 

Pop star Cheryl Cole has decided it’s time for her to give her two pence worth on the whole Rihanna and Chris Brown situation.

As we are all aware Chris was sentenced to 180 days community service for attacking his then girlfriend Rihanna back in 2009.

Since then Rihanna had seemingly decided to forgive Chris and the pair recently recorded Birthday Cake together. However more recently the singer deleted her former boyfriend from Twitter, so we’re not sure if she really has forgiven him or not.

Anyway Chezza has decided that she supported Rihanna’s decision to forgive him (if that’s even what she’s done).

Speaking about the pair’s recent collaboration, Cheryl said: "I think it's really kind of her actually. She's come out and publicly forgiven him really.

"I think it's about time we all did if I'm completely honest, if you want my opinion."

Oh yes lets have more of your opinion please… "I work with people all the time with my charity that are transformed characters. They've done things when they were young that they regret, they've been to prison and they're now upstanding members of the public and help our community and are amazing people.

"I think because he's in the limelight...he hasn't had the chance to be forgiven or to forgive himself because we haven't let him. Now that she's come out and embraced him again, I think it's time we all moved on. That guy is talented as hell."

Interesting point Cheryl but nah we don’t care if he’s talented or not (we actually think he’s not), we’re not forgiving him any time soon. 

When Katie Price announced her engagement to Leandro Penna a few weeks ago, then jetted over to Las Vegas with him the other day inevitably just about everybody jumped to conclusions. Well, mainly just us but…

Anyway, now KP has taken to the her official site to say she’s not about to rush into marriage with her Argentinean hunk just yet.

“The simple truth is that Leo and I have not set a date and we have made absolutely no plans," someone writing on her behalf said. "Leo and I are enjoying being together and being engaged. We are not rushing into a wedding. What is sad is that people then go on to claim that I want 'Alex, his fiancée Chantelle Houghton and Pete to all weep with envy'. This is not the case."

No, no, of course not whoever would think and say such things? Anyway, though they’re not tying-the-knot anytime soon they are thinking about adopting – a puppy that is; apparently the two have been seen shopping for dogs while in Las Vegas.

Oh good, we can always rely on Rihanna to show not just us, but everyone how it’s done.

So what if Jada wore a ridiculous outfit for dinner in Cannes last night? Riri can beat that any day.

Yesterday evening the singer uploaded an image of herself in a crochet white skirt and boob tube, that looks like the ones you get in Primark (you know the ‘worn to be seen’ ones).

While this is a charming outfit for lunch at a beachside caf, it’s perhaps a little inappropriate for a fancy meal out at an Italian in California.

She’s brave that Rihanna, there’s no way we’d wear a belly revealing number like that before heading down to Pizza Express on a Wednesday for a carb-fest. 

We didn’t even know Tulisa was out of the country, yet here she is arriving at a London airport a short time ago proving that she has indeed been abroad.

Who knew eh? Well, not us – as we’ve already said.

Anyway, Tulisa and PA Gareth have been in Atlanta for the last few days and judging by their Tweets have been holed up in a recording studio which probably explains why they’re not perma-tanned following the trip.

Like many Brits returning from abroad, Tulisa and Gareth have made the fatal mistake it seems of boarding the plane and coming home in their holiday clothes more suited for sunnier climes. Bet they got a shock when they stepped outside. 

We’ve always known that P Diddy doesn’t do things by halves, so we shouldn’t be as surprised as we are by his latest move.

The music mogul has reportedly rocked up to Cannes, where the film festival is currently taking place, with an entourage of 50 people. That’s a staggering amount even for him, isn’t it?

Speaking to The Sun, a source revealed: "Diddy has been a regular at Cannes over the years and is always welcome.

"However, this year he's arrived with more people than normal, which has proved a bit of a headache to the people in charge of the guest lists.

"Diddy is good value, though, and his bar bill always makes an interesting read."

Yeah we can imagine he’s going to splash a fair few euros during his stay…anyway watch the video above to find out more about Diddy and his gang. 

We’re not surprised Lydia felt like she needed a little TLC yesterday.

During Wednesday’s episode of TOWIE Gemma Collins revealed that James Argent had asked her to do something a bit rude to him (a blow job fyi).

As you all know Arg dated Lydia for many years, so Lyds was no doubt disgusted by his seedy proposition to her pal Gemma.

In fact she defo was because she retweeted the following her best mate Lucy Mecklenbugh wrote about it: “Oh dearr ! Can't believe that would come out of a human beings mouth !! #TOWIE”

Anyway who cares about Arg now? Lydia’s life and career has gone from strength to strength since they split.

Yesterday the reality star took to Twitter to reveal she has some exciting news coming up, she wrote: “Very important, exciting meeting today :D all will be revealed soon x”

That’s it babes, onwards and upwards and having good nails is essential along the road to success. 

Now that Britain’s Got Talent has finished you would have thought The Voice lot would be much happier.

But no, all is not well in The Voice camp and surprise surprise it’s Jessie J who has been winding everyone up again.

This week it’s apparently the backstage staff who have had enough of her, in particular the show’s stylist Faye Sawyer.

Faye was in fact poached from ITV where she ran the wardrobe on The X Factor but it looks like she’s probably regretting the move now.

As source close to the show revealed: ‘Jessie has clashed with Faye over virtually all the styling choices for her contestants. She is convinced she knows better than the professionals and won’t listen to expert advice.

‘At times, it’s made it almost impossible for Faye to do her job.

‘She’s very experienced and respected, and put up with The X Factor judges’ whims, but she is struggling with this pressure.’

If that’s not enough, cracks are apparently beginning to show between Jessie and the other judges.

The source said: ‘Jessie seems to feel as if she’s being picked on and shut out by the other coaches because of her age and the fact that she’s the only female on the panel. But that just isn’t true.’

Jessie will be pleased to hear that a BBC source has jumped to her defence: ‘Jessie is very passionate about her responsibilities in the show, and has input into every aspect of it, both in front of the cameras and behind the scenes.

‘It is a closely-knit team and they all get on well, so nobody on it is afraid to have their say, no matter how robust.’
Hmm, so what you think? Is Jessie a pain in the arse or do certain people on the show have it in for her? Or could it just be the case that someone is trying to drum up interest in the flagging show? Us cynical? Never.

While the rest of us struggle to find anything in our wardrobe for a fancy event and desperately try to recycle something we wore for a similar night out a couple of years back and pray that nobody notices, Kelly Brook is literally swamped in choices for what she should wear on the red carpet in Cannes.

In news that will definitely make you want to tear her hair out, Kelly posted a series of snaps of herself on Twitter last night posing in one beautiful outfit after another as she tried to decide what to wear while at the film festival.

'Cannes Festival Fitting...Too many choices... Taking it all’ said Kelly, after showing off nine different ensembles.

She might as well rub our face in her own faeces. Smug cow.

Earlier in the day Mrs Will Smith donned a modest and fairly nice spotty dress as she attended a photocall for her latest film Madagascar 3 in Cannes.

But as evening fell, the actress shed her sweet look for something far more risqué, which frankly made her look quite terrifying.

Jada was popping out for dinner with her co-stars Jessica Chastain, Chris Rock, David Schwimmer and Ben Stiller who were all wearing normal outfits.

Why she felt the need to show up in an emerald green number with breasts, sorry we mean neckline to her waist, pointed shoulder pads and slicked back hair is anyone’s guess.

Perhaps she was auditioning to be an alien in the next Men In Black film? We’d have thought that if she just asked nicely, hubby Will would just give her a part and could have saved her the embarrassment but oh well, she’ll know for next time.
