The hotel heiress - who was also arrested, but immediately released, in South Africa a few months ago for allegedly possessing marijuana - was a passenger in a Black Escalade that was pulled over by the cops outside Las Vegas’ Wynn Hotel on Saturday.
Police had initially pulled over the car because they thought they saw marijuana smoke coming from the vehicle.
The driver — Paris’ boyfriend Cy Watts — was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs, and during a search police also found some coke on the socialite. Since then Paris has posted bail and has since been released from custody. During an interview her lawyer had this to say about the case:
“I am gathering facts, but I caution people not to rush to judgment.”
Does that mean she’s likely to get off scott free then?
