Jennifer Frost was born on the 22nd of February 1978 in Wallasey, Merseyside. Frost was raised in Manchester and attended St. Monica’s High School. She discovered her interest in music at a tender age and fondly recalls her father accompanying her to her first concert by ‘Level 42’when she was merely nine. Besides her interest in music, Frost also participated in sports and dancing.
Despite Frost’s ability to excel in her areas of interest, her ultimate dream remained an opportunity to work in modeling. On completing high school, Frost secured a job at BBC Television on the show ‘Holiday.’ The job presented her with the rare opportunity to travel the world.
Frost launched her music career in 1978 as part of the music group ‘Precious.’ The group was selected as the UK entry at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1999. They debut the song ‘Say It Again’ which climbed to the top 10 on UK Charts and came twelfth in the competition. Unfortunately, the group’s success was short-lived and they did not garner even half the success on subsequent projects with their album failing to chart at all. The group eventually split in 2000.
In an attempt to stay within the music industry, Frost replaced Kerry Katona in the girl group Átomic Kitten. The group achieved more success than Frost’s initial one but eventually split after their third album. Atomic Kitten was reformed in 2005, 2006, 2008, and 2012 but failed to stay together long term.
Frost appeared to be set on a music career and she started marketing herself as a solo act. She released her debut single ‘Crash Landing’ which peaked at number 47 on the charts. Frost continued to record music hoping to release her debut album but later confessed she was no longer interested in pursuing a solo career.
Shortly after her reunion with her bandmates in 2008, Frost stated she intended to solidify a career in TV presenting. She landed a job at BBC Three hosting ‘Snog Marry Avoid?’ and has since been in the reality shows ‘Famous and Fearless’ and ‘I’m a celebrity….Get Me Out of Here!’
Frost also worked as a presenter on OK! TV and made an appearance on the game show ‘The Chase.’ As a fulfillment of her childhood dream, she secured modeling gigs and landed a role for Playboy’s underwear drop. Frost has since reunited with Atomic Kitten as of July 2021 and the trio released a new version of Whole Again inspired by England football fans support of Gareth South Gate and the national football team.

By 2007, Frost announced her pregnancy and gave birth later that year. The couple had scheduled a wedding for 2010 but quickly called it off after learning of the demise of Frost’s mom who lost the battle to lung cancer. The couple eventually broke off their engagement.
In 2011, Frost married Vincente Juan Spiteri in Ibiza and welcomed twin daughters in January of 2013. Unfortunately, Frost lost her father who was living in Spain in 2017. Frost and her family are currently settled in the dreamy paradise of Ibiza and she jets back to England for work commitments. Besides her work in entertainment, Frost has ventured into the hotel industry with The Beach Star Ibiza, The Palm Star Ibiza, and Villa Lucky Ibiza. She appears to have found her niche and often shows off her new design projects for the hotel on her Instagram.
