Brahmanandam Kanneganti was born on February 1, 1956, in Sattenapalli, Andhra State, India. His birth parents are Kanneganti Nagalingachari and Kanneganti Lakshmi Narsamma.
He got an award, for Best Supporting Artist when he was still in the College Drama. He finished his master’s degree in Telugu education and worked as a Telugu lecturer in a private school in the Godavari district called Attili.
While working, he took part in inter-college activities where his interest in acting grew. The director Jandhyala Subramanya Sastry was the one who helped him start a career in the entertainment industry.
Brahmanandam’s made his debut on television in the tv show “Pakapakalu”. Then he had his debut film in the movie “Chantabbai”.
