Davison began her career in 1961 when she was merely 18. Entering the industry during a time when acquiring catchy stage names was the norm, Davison acquired the stage name, Davey Davison. Davison made her first appearance on the TV show ‘Ben Casey.’ Being a young and fresh face in the industry, the appearance catapulted her career and she proceeded to appear in hit productions like; ‘Eleventh Hour,’ ‘Marriage on the Rocks,’ ‘The Strangler’ among others.

Davison once again opened herself up to love with fellow actor Craig Huebing and the two married on the 6th of September 1978. The third time was the charm for the actress as she eventually settled down with Hollywood realtor Mike Silverman. At the time, Silverman was 79 with no previous marriages and Davison was 20 years his junior. Davison’s marriage to Silverman was a success and the couple remained together until his death on 17th April 201. Silverman succumbed to congestive heart failure at their vacation home in Bellingham. Davison was reported to have been at his side during his last moments. Having tied the knot at a later age, the couple did not have any children and she is his only survivor.
