Leyla Hazal Kaya was born on the 1st day of October 1990 in Konya, Turkey to a Muslim family. Her lawyer parents are Serhat Kaya and Ayşegül Kaya. Unfortunately, her parents divorced when Kaya was just seven years old.
She finished her elementary education at Gaziosmanpaşa Elementary School in 2009. She then went to Istanbul Bilgi University for her high school education.
