Jr Ntr was born in 20 May 1983 in Hyderabad Andhra Pradesh, India (now called Telangana). His father, Nandamuri Harijrishna, is a politician and former TV actor. His paternal grandfather was once the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
Jr Ntr received his high school education at Vidyaranya High School in the region of Hyderabad, India. He later joined St Mary’s College also in Hyderabad for his higher degree.
Jr Ntr trained as a professional Kuchipudi dancer and is an accomplished performer. He is a half-brother to Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, a famous Indian actor and film producer. Jr Ntr is also related to Nandamuri Balakrishna as well as the politician Nara Lokesh.
