Metawin was born on 21 February, 1999 in Bangkok, Thailand. He has three siblings namely Kasanant, Metas Opas-iamkajorn and Mintra.
He attended Assumption College Primary Section to get primary education and Panyarat High School to get his secondary education.
When he was a student of grade 11, he became part of an international exchange program to attend Belmond–Klemme Community School District in Iowa, US. The same year, Metawin passed the General Education Development (GED) exam.
When the exchange program ended, he had to skip 12th grade and returned to Bangkok. He studied at the faculty of economics at Thammasat University and graduated in 2020.
When he was part of the exchange program and studying in the US, he participated in the school band’s percussion choir and his group hit a superior rating, also called Division I.
