Early Life

Michael Fedderson was born on December 26, 1987, in Chapel Hill, Tennessee, United States. His father Don Fedderson was a newspaper advertising man and his mother Helen Macie “Tido” Minor was a television producer.

When Mike was 13 years old, his parents enrolled him to voice lessons. He finished his high school education at University High School in Los Angeles, California, and his college education at Brown Military Academy in San Diego, California.

His first ever gig as a singer was at Ye Little Club in Beverly Hills for two weeks.

Career Highlights

In 1961, Mike took part in the series My Three Sons which is produced by his father. He also acted as Steve Elliott in the film Petticoat Junction.

During the ’70s and the ’80s, Mike made a few guest appearances on shows like The Edge of Night and As the World Turns, in All My Children as Brandon Kingsley, and in Another World as Dr. Royal Dunning

Mike’s first-ever stage appearance was in the romantic show The Impossible Years with Ozzie and Harriet Nelson where he had a lead role.

Mike as a singer also released some albums including This Is Mike Minor (1966). Some of his hit songs are “Silver Dollar” and “One Day at a Time” and he also sang the theme song “Primrose Lane” for the television series The Smith Family.
