Akin Akinozu was born in Ankara, Turkey, on 22 September 1990. His mother is a famous Turkish actress Ozlem Akinozu and his father, Tamer Akinozu, is a restaurant owner, and Akinozu is their only child.
Sureyya Arin was one of the founding TV presenters on TRT (Turkish Radio and Television), and Sureyya Arin is Akinozu’s maternal grandfather. Belonging to a family attached to Turkish television and radio, Akinozu’s great-uncle Suha Arin is given the title of “The Father of Turkish Documentaries”.
