We told you that we’d be keeping a close eye on Russell Brand while he’s in Los Angeles just in case he decides to propose to Katy Perry (Oi, don’t laugh, we’re being serious) so here’s your daily update.

Yesterday Russell hit the gym for a workout - well at least we presume that’s what he was doing, we can't think of any other logical explanation for his ridiculous outfit, can you? No? Nah didn’t think so.
